Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations: Bookings cannot be canceled, but clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before the booking date, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: If no one is available to receive the service at the agreed time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Our truck must park in your driveway for safety and convenience. We cannot park on the road, street, or any public areas.
