How does the service work?Our ice cream truck will arrive at your booked time, park in your driveway, and serve fresh desserts to your household for 10-15 minutes before heading to the next location.

What happens if I miss my time slot?If no one is available to receive the service at the agreed time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

What payment methods do you accept?Payments can be made online via credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

Can I reschedule my booking?Yes, you can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange a new time slot.

Where will you park the truck?Our truck must park in your driveway for safety and convenience. We cannot park on the road, street, or any public areas.

What happens in bad weather?Rain or shine, we deliver! In case of extreme weather conditions, we’ll contact you to discuss rescheduling if needed.
